Architectural Review Board (ARB) Committee

The ARB Committee reviews homeowner improvement requests to help maintain the appearance and property values of our community.

Events Committee

The Events Committee plans fun activities that bring neighbors together throughout the year.

Enforcement Committee

The Enforcement Committee conducts hearings required under Florida law for certain covenant enforcement matters. The committee helps ensure that the enforcement process is fair and consistent.

Responsibilities

  • Review proposed fines after Board action
  • Conduct homeowner hearings
  • Vote to approve or reject proposed fines
  • Help promote fair and consistent enforcement

Safety & Security Committee

The Safety & Security Committee works to help keep Saddlebrook a safe place to live through education, communication, and neighborhood awareness.
