Kitchen Notice
The kitchen does NOT have an oven, stove, dishwasher, or garbage disposal.
No food of any kind may be placed down the kitchen sink or restroom toilets.
Pool & Playground
The pool and playground are adjacent to the clubhouse.
- Clubhouse renters may use the pool and playground during their event until dusk/dark.
- The pool and playground remain community amenities and may still be used by other Saddlebrook residents during a private clubhouse rental.
- Both the pool and playground close at dusk/dark.
Parking
Parking is limited to:
- 20 vehicle spaces
- 2 accessibility spaces

Rental Payment
The clubhouse rental fee is $75. Payment is made through the Saddlebrook Homeowner Portal.

Renter Responsibilities
- All garbage must be taken with you when you leave.
- Please wipe down the countertops and sink.
Cleaning Supplies
Available in the closet next to the men's restroom:
- Dust mop
- Vacuum cleaner
- Brooms
- Wet mop
- Bucket
Before Leaving
- Reset the A/C to 80 degrees.
- Turn off all lights.
- Make sure all doors are locked.
- Empty the trash can and take the trash bag with you.
- Return the clubhouse key to the onsite key box located outside the front door.
